Straits Garden Suites, Georgetown

The property is clean and tidy. Sizable for 3/4 pax. Although the bathroom is clean but the shower stall needs a renewal. And, perhaps some of the fixtures in the apartment as well. Good to have some hand towels in the bathroom and at the pantry as well. But then again, by and large the unit is truly comfortable and clean. 100 marks for hosts response. Quick and prompt response at all times when contacted. Check in was easy and instructions given via WhatsApp was 👍🏻.

Our major gripe is the parking, or rather driving up on the spiral ramp! It's really tight! The scanner for the pass card is mounted at corners that too do not help. Gives you the impression that the one who drew the building plans and the builders do not drive, or driving a banged up car, so just provide the cursory spiral ramp up a multi-storey car park...... It would be frustrating to those driving up let alone those with a big SUVs or MPVs. And, oh yes, the microwave, it does "runs" but then it doesn't heat up anything, hence not exactly working!
