Stylisches Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Gute Lage zum Flughafen, sehr angenehm der Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.

It‘s a Moxy close to the airport. Functional, comfortable, ok value, handy for a late arrival with a next-day connection. Room was nicer than expected and quiet..

Hectic, transitional vibe - everybody exudes „I‘d rather move on“. If you‘re looking for more than a bed (and maybe a nightcap) close to the airport, like atmosphere or serenity - not your place. That‘s not the fault of the hotel though. What the hotel could improve on is the selection of food in the bar. I was also mildly disappointed with both the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet. Not outright bad, but not good either. Next time I‘d skip that and spend the money directly at one of the airport restaurants.

"Mala comunicación y servicios deficientes"

Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Elegí este hotel por su cercanía al aeropuerto, pero mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Fue imposible encontrar el servicio de autobús. La información de la página web era incorrecta, en el aeropuerto nadie supo indicarme dónde tomarlo y tampoco fue posible contactar con el hotel para pedir ayuda. Finalmente, decidí seguir las instrucciones que aparecen en el mensaje automático que envían al intentar contactar con ellos. Como resultado, tuve que caminar sola de noche por una zona aislada para llegar al establecimiento, ya que el autobús te deja a más de 15 minutos a pie del hotel. Paradójicamente, tardé más en llegar al hotel de lo que habría tardado en ir directamente al aeropuerto desde el centro de la ciudad, por lo que la supuesta ventaja de su ubicación pierde completamente el sentido. Además, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo la estancia aún más incómoda. Para quienes decidan alojarse aquí, el autobús se toma frente al hotel Intercity, fuera del aeropuerto. Esta información habría sido muy útil si estuviera claramente indicada. El hotel respondió a mi mensaje un día después, cuando el problema ya estaba "resuelto".
