L'appartement est confortable le lit est parfait. La situation géographique proche du centre ville est idéale pour visiter et se rendre aux points de départ des excursions. Il y a un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport en haut de la rue

L'éclairage est un peu faible pour pouvoir lire le soir dans de bonnes conditions. Un micro-onde serait bien utile ainsi qu'une casserole car il n'y a qu'un grand faitout

The apartment itself is basic but functional.

There were several issues: the oven was dirty, the dishwasher was full and left closed with a noticeable smell of fish, the towels were small and quite worn, and there was no bath mat, which made it inconvenient after showering. At checkout, guests are also asked to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage — something that, at around €200 per night, I would not expect to handle myself.

The location was very good, only a 10-minute walk to the city center, which made it easy to take breaks during the day. The room temperature was comfortable, and the hot water worked well.

The room had most of the things we needed, but it was not very clean. There was a strong food smell in the room for the first two days. There was hair on the bedsheets, and the extra duvets looked dirty. The cutlery and plates had stains, so we had to wash them before using them. The washing machine also looked dirty, so we didn’t use it. The table and chairs were broken and unstable. Overall, everything felt quite average.

Appartement confortable, calme, proche du centre-ville (10-15 minutes à pied) et bien équipé (plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, frigo, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche-cheveux etc). Vue sur le fjord et le port industriel, c'était pittoresque ! Arrivée autonome, instructions claires. Literie confortable. Endroit pour stocker les bagages en attendant le check-in. Je recommande !

Rien, tour s'est bien passé

For what I needed, it was good. The local is just a bit outside of the downtown area, but nothing more than a 5-10 minute walk. The hill it is on does make it a bit dicey in the winter, so if you have someone with bad ankles/knees I would no suggest. It is very secure, with 2 codes needed just to get to the apartment door, so I did like that.

They are very small, and don't offer a lot of room for more than sleeping. Which, if you are in Tromso is all you need. I did reach out to them via messages a few times and never got a response, other than the copy and paste about making sure I clean up before I leave. There isn't a fan in the bathroom, so there is mold in there. I just found out I had mold toxicity, so this was not good for me. If you kept the door shut bathroom (needed for the size of the room) you would be overwhelmed with the mold/musk smell upon opening the door. Some looked to be from cleaniness in the shower itself, and of course from the build up of moisture. So for the cost that I paid for such a small place, I would have expected different. The heat was hard to control as well, the room would feel good but then not sure if it was the bedding or what but I sweat immensely each night.
