Stay was good with clean room and smooth check in.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We had a very bad experience at Super Town House, M.G. Road. The manager knowingly gave us Room 208 with a broken lock. When we asked for help, we were told, “There are cameras everywhere, don’t worry.” We were then shifted to Room 212, which was full of cockroaches. Even after informing them that we had a one-year-old baby, all other rooms shown had the same issue. Since we had already paid ₹1900 at check-in, we were forced to stay. The room also had a strong cigarette smell, making it difficult for our baby to sleep. While booking, it was clearly mentioned that breakfast is included with the booking and can be availed by paying ₹75 at the property. However, when we asked about it, the staff rudely denied providing breakfast. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

The amenities shown in the booking were lacking. No toiletries . Cockroach were roaming in the room even on bed. Very bitter experience.

Stay was good and room was clean . Food was also good .
