Tamu Tamu Boutique Hotel

We’ve had the best stay at Tamu Tamu. The room was beautiful, the swimming pool fabulous, the food was delicious and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended!

It doesn’t get much better than this. Rooms brilliant. Cleanliness excellent. Great breakfast. And superb service. We were welcomed with some cold hibiscus juice which was refreshing in the heat, as we checked in. Our room (double room) was clean and tidy but we wanted one that was a little further away from the main quarters, as it turned out it was only the villas/family room on that wing of the property. But given that the rooms were empty, the manager Wojciech whose hospitality was top class throughout, gave us an upgrade into one of the villa apartments free of charge. Again the room was very clean and tidy and very spacious with great natural light throughout the day. The service was tremendous throughout, from the entire staff. One one occasion a glass water bottle broke and the manager had it immediately replaced and cleaned, not to mention the many recommendations we were given (as well as an offer to hitch a free ride with them to Jambiani) and help connecting with taxi drivers. Upon checkout they allowed us to keep our luggage in a vacant room for a few hours, giving us a chance to spend some more time in the area and the option of refreshing and taking a shower when coming back to take our luggage. Couldn’t recommend more! A big thank you to Wojciech and the entire team for such a hospitable stay

All step was so kind and they did their best to help me stay comfortably. The breakfast was so delucious and room was so clean and comfortable Everything in tamutamu was perfet!!

The staff were very friendly, especially Iddi.

The bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The location of the property is a little out of the way.

Lovely location next to beach. Lovely room size.

So many things to like! From the cute kittens, to the friendly staff, the helpful manager, the clean and well equipped apartments … Definitely our highlight in Zanzibar, we missed it dearly once we switched places

The design amazing , the ambiance, lots of greens, well maintained, quiet and peaceful staff is super friendly and good hospitality service

The bed is hard , was expecting soft and fluffy bed, and the blanket was not thick and fluffy too but more thin.

Superbe séjour au Tamu Tamu Boutique Hotel. Très bien entretenu, propre, le personnel était vraiment super, aux petits soins, pleins d'attention. Les serveurs étaient très sympatiques et professionnels, la femme de ménage aussi, ainsi que les managers et assistants. Un véritable plaisir de rester ici. Plage à 50 m, sympa à marée haute, piscine super. Possibilité de manger sur place, et c'est très bon ! Ils peuvent vous assister pour organiser des excursions. J'avais un appartement avec petite cuisine, grand salon, grande salle de bains, grande chambre. Si je reviens à Zanzibar, je réserverai ici à nouveau !
