Without a doubt this place is beautiful, looks exactly like the picture. The rooms are literally like staying in a tree house. You can even feel the room move a due to the wind. Room was very clean and an good amount of storage for you items. The most impressive for me was the customer service we received! The manager Daniel was Soo professional an attentive, he made sure we had everything we needed! And Brandon from the restaurant was a total delight, very pleasant. The only thing I would have to say negative is the food, it definitely didn’t meet up to expectations. Very bland and blah. So definitely Bring some snacks with you because once the kitchen is close no other means of food. Also pack light there’s a lot of steps/walking. A great place for couples.

Unique property with individual posh private suites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great mixture of nature with high end amenities seamlessly combined. On site restaurant had delicious modern take on traditional food. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Locating the hotel proved quite the challenge – circling the area for half an hour due to blocked routes by locals and flooded roads. Little did we know, driving across rivers was part of the adventure, thankfully manageable with our 4WD. Despite the limited staffing, the rooms impressed with a nice, modern design. The lookout area was a highlight. Yet, the remote location left little to do, making our one-night stay feel sufficient as a rest stop. On the downside, the food was rather mediocre. Despite an extensive menu, only 1-2 dishes stood out. Overall, an interesting experience with some highs and lows.

Beautiful property albeit a little difficult to get to but it's Costa Rica! Look for the signs once you reach Sardinal. This is a great property for younger people who are ok with lots of stairs and hills. Great restaurant on site so no need to leave once you arrive. Golf carts will pick you up and take you around the property, stay in the tree house! Brandon, in the restaurant Taru, will take great care of you. Pura Vida!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. Will be back for sure. Check in and check out smooth and amazing

Celebré mi aniversario de bodas aquí con mi esposo donde quise regalar momentos románticos y quedé muy satisfecha :) La propiedad es una auténtica joya en el bosque con todas las comodidades, el personal estuvo atento a mis solicitudes preparando una mesa para una cena a la luz de las velas al pie de la suite, inmerso en la naturaleza y con vista panorámica. Champaña con 4 platos, ¡todo delicioso! En la habitación parece como flotar sobre los árboles con el panorama a su alrededor, y el sonido de la naturaleza acompañaba el lugar encantado. Por la mañana cogimos las bicicletas eléctricas que nos puso a disposición el hotel para dar un paseo por las calles del pueblo cercano. ¡Fue divertido! Definitivamente vamos a volver. Se lo recomiendo a todos.

Best stay ever! 200% recommend it if u like seclusion, attention to detail,and amazing views!! We have stayed at several nice resorts and boutique hotels across North America and Europe and I could say that this is my favorite hotel we have stayed at ! It is hard to call this place a "hotel"....its more an experience Honestly I was hesitant on reserving this place because the only review I had read was bad but I also realized it was a review from their opening guests and every business is going to have issues at start ups.This place is brand new!.. I am bad with names but for this review i dont think it is so necessary because absolutely everyone was so kind and amazing. From reception, servers,chef,general staff and general manager everyone made us feel special!! As far as our treehouse,just amazing!!! We appreciate architecture and quality materials. The design of the rooms and the entire property was so well planned . Cleanliness was perfect, towels smelled sooo good! We are very active and outdoors people but also allowed time to relax and enjoy this property... We also really enjoy eating and trying different flavors and the chefs definitely meet expectations!.... Absolutely looking forward to repeating this experience!

No hot water in hot tub. No water in 3 stone pools. No water on last day in suite. Super high Gail force winds...no warning the building would move and swings would bang against structure echoing throughout structure and chairs blowing on deck all night long. No sleep. No instructions on how to operate anything. Internet spotty in and out. No wifi instructions. No welcome pamphlet. Uncomfortable management helicoptering over kind outgoing waiters and bartender. Great service and food. You could tell they were in readily nervous. Only offered 10% discount. Completely unacceptable. They opened way too soon and we were gunia pigs!! We were 2nd people in pool by bar and 7 guest. We want a refund!
