"We had a really good time"

Instructions said key safe was by the front door but it was actually by the side door - caused some anxiety. Each message we received was on the end of the previous messages so you had to scroll through lots of previous information to get to the latest important stuff. Perhaps there coukd have been some information on local resataurants etc.

"Wonderful Stay"

The property was clean and a proper kitchen as well. The beds were really comfy. Had a really nice time. Property was accessible and near the places we had planned to visit.

"Could havw done more to welcome."

Clean and well kept

No dishwasher No scratchy washing up cloth only a J cloth which would not wash the pans. Usually when booking through Booking.com most of the places I stay (which are a lot) have at least oil salt pepper a few condiments or a welcome basket there was nothing here apart from a bottle of vinegar and salt ans Pepper. Just milk and general essentials would have been nice. And more than one toilet roll.

"Gold cottage bad host amd stay "

The cottage was lovely. Host and stay having a mandatory insurance cost that they should just include in the price. Struggled to get hold of anyone on the phone.

"Good"

Quiet and convenient.

Blankets and cushions in bedrooms dirty. Smelt off animal urine in hall and front bedroom plus bedside light didn't work. Tvs were a nightmare to work out and use
