The location is outside gangtok and quiet. The Newari and Tibetan food is amazing. Definitely try their burgers. The staff is the most welcoming.and hospitable.

Mr.Pradhan is a wonderful host. He makes it a point to sit with the guests, answer their queries and offer suggestions. The support staff - Sunita, Nisha, Sabina, Ashish, Atunu, Chaman always wore a smile on their faces and ever ready to help without hesitation. Restaurant serves limited food, but the 2 chefs are amazingly talented.
Breakfast spread is limited. Vegetarians do not have many choices. Restaurant opens only after 8 AM. So, early travellers may have to skip their tea and breakfast.

Outstanding hotel. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always greeting us with a smile. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. It was well equipped with all the essentials and had a fantastic view. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others who are visiting the area. I will definitely be returning in the near future!
