It is very convenient to the city. The apartment is clean & has everything you need for your stay.

The location is great, the apartment is clean and has all you need.

The windows and walls basically has no protection against the noise, so I could not sleep at night because I could hear all the noises down in the street. Then I wrote to the property to come and check my windows because I thought maybe they can at least give me another room or do sth about the windows, they told me they will come and check, but then they ghosted me and never came to check anything. Also there's a Whatsapp number printed on the walls to contact the property manager, I tried to call them and send them Whatsapp text, they initially did not answer any of them, but finally answered my Whatsapp message very late. Upon arrival there were no plastic bags in the trash bin and when I asked them for it in Whatsapp, they said any extra products should be provided by us and not them, then I told them this is not EXTRA, it was missing from the beginning, and then again they ghosted me. I gave 6 because of the location and cleanliness of the place, but the service was not good at all.

Excellent host. A beautiful, perfectly equipped, and clean apartment located in the center of Porto, within walking distance of everything. Great breakfast, with the host being very accommodating to dietary requirements (gluten- and lactose-free options). Fast and pleasant communication. I highly recommend it to everybody
