Great location. Beautiful communal lounge. Lacks gym and pool, but that is a known. Very helpful staff.

Excellent location in old town and even though relatively noisy outside we could hear nothing inside our room. Perfect location for exploring Bilbao.

Very nice hotel in great central neighborhood in the old part of town. It’s very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. There is a very convenient restaurant attached to the hotel.

The hotel was welcoming and the room was comfortable. I liked the minimalist approach in the hotel design. I didn’t have breakfast. The front desk staff answered questions thoughtfully and house keeping was friendly. The location was a pleasant stroll along the river to the Guggenheim. I bought food supplies from Geuria bio supermarket just past the plaza next door. Lots of other options nearby. Leaving was easy as there was a taxi rank right outside though I could have taken the metro instead.

This is an excellent 2 star hotel with the facilities of a 4 star. The rooms are attractive enough to ignore the lack of view (light well only). Great bathroom, safe, even a kettle. Really helpful staff and a great location on the edge of the Casco Viejo and close to public transport

Lovely little hotel, centrally located with public parking nearby. The in-house restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Excellent location, walking distance centrally to everything, parking for the car just a few steps away and overall excellent.
