Eastin Hotel Vientiane

What a pleasant stay in the Eastin Vientiane to finish our Laos trip of 1 month. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel welcome! My suite on the 7th floor overlooking the Mekong was amazing. What a view! Mr. Wang checked me in smoothly and correctly. The hotel app is very convenient for hotel transfers to two locations in the city to choose from. Breakfast was amazing. A special" shout out" for ythe staff members: Mr. Wang, Miss Phone and Miss Phoud, Miss Toukta and all the other ones who's name unfortunately i do not remember but all of them delivered excellent service. The kindest staff you can have in a hotel. I can recommend this hotel, which has a beautiful roof-top bar, a swimming pool gym to everyone! By the way, the food is Amazing! I will definitely return! Khobchai everyone!

The hotel staff are very attractive and great service mind best hotel in Laos for me the breakfast are great alot of variety the staff gave good advice regarding the town site seeing would definitely revist again

The water went out on the second night. I couldn’t take a shower in the evening or the morning, and couldn’t use the toilet. The staff were of no help at all. They just kept repeating the same thing: ‘It’s fine now, it’ll be back within the next half hour,’ but that wasn’t true, it didn’t come back. It took nearly 12 hours to have water back.

Excellent, clean and modern hotel! Outstanding staff. The Thai EASTIN GROUP is one of the best in Asia, so this property! The restaurant 360°@ Eleven offering great food with the best views on Vientiane and the Mekong River. The hotel does offer essy shuttle transport from/to the hotel, unfortunately compared with local Taxis, totally overpriced. The River View rooms offer fantastic Mekong River views and sunset, but are very noisy due to road traffic. Better to book City View rooms on higher floor, which are much quieter. Biggest problem, the hotel does offer ONLY 4(!!!) sunbeds at the pool, which are always occupied. People fighting for to get one of these. Such a shame!

Modern affordable hotel. Five minutes from airport. Friendly staff, good food, live band at open air rooftop. Lives up to Eastin brand.

The staff are friendly, room and hotel clean. Location is close to all tourist sites. Free shuttle car in hotel, used this gold service. Would recommend if staying in Vivienne.

Clean and quiet room. Great food and breakfast. Close to many restraint and awesome view of the mekong river. Also provide transportation and makes convenient.

I took a room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong. Its well worth paying extra for for one of these. Watching the sun set over one of the great rivers of the world is a splendid way to end one's day. Room was large and very clean, and had a seating area. There was a room safe large enough for a lap top. The staff here are professional and efficient, and the hotel provided complimentary transportation to and from Wattay Airport. Food was excellent in the restaurant. Nothing to find fault with really. The hotel is several km from the city centre. There is a complementary shuttle each hour, but that does not run until 10am. But any bus running along the main road will go to the Central Bus Station. I just waited by the stop on the main road, just round the corner from the hotel, & flagged down the first bus I saw. Even though bus services in Vientiane are not as frequent as in most SE Asian capitals, I only waited 15-20 mins for my ride. Coming back, use Bus 44 hourly from the Cent Bus Stn, but explain to the driver where you want to get off, otherwise you'll end up at the airport!

I love their coffee break set, the view, the environment surrounding this hotel. I lllike chicken steak.................

Awesome place to stay. I’ve never experienced a more proficient and pleasant staff. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bedding gave me the most comfortable sleep. The roof top bar along with the gym & pool are above amazing. Anytime I’m in Laos I know where I will be staying
