"WORST HOTEL STAFF!!!"

I get it that the Hotel is very budget friendly but i don't get it why most of the STAFF in this Hotel are not Hospitable! From the receptionist up to their restaurants. This is the first Hotel i've encountered very bad. Hope you could improve and have a proper train on how to handle guest!!

the staff wasn’t nice, wifi sucks, no hair dryers, shower too short, facility’s quality really poor and they asked me deposit 1000peso for security that really ridiculous and make no sense. bad experience. no recommend.

"Poor customer service."

Property was easy to locate when searched through google.

We asked for a table to put our things and so it could be used while eating but our request was not granted up until the time we checked out. Some rusts on steel frames of the bed and very little amount of water coming out of the bathroom faucet. No hot water for coffee.
