Host & Stay - The Garden Flat

The flat was lovely and comfortable, it had everything we needed, lovely outside area which has the sun all day and evening. Would definitely recommend it.

The toilet seat was positioned to far forward for male use.

It was very spacious, well equipped, warm and comfortable. Able to park close by.

Nice flat, comfy rooms, very spacious. Very pleased to have a bath, and also parking directly outside. Location just right for quietness and close enough for the town and beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location was fantastic, close to town and supermarket. The flat was fantastic, clean and very cosy, everything you needed was there and the host was in touch checking in which was great.

A towel in the kitchen would ve been a bonus .. I wasn t happy with tge cleaning , the cob webs in the kitchen and the dust was awful in the lounge , tge skirting boards hasn t been dusted in a while !!! Either .. the mugs were soo stained too .. I left them out for the cleaners to sort them out , but if they didn t , I woukdn t know .. but if you get complaints , you ll know !!! You need to make sure that the stair s are mentioned as the access , as I hadn t noticed about stairs to door , and I struggled as I m disabled ..

Nice big garden/basement flat, in a quiet street only about 10 minutes away from South Bay Beach, a big Tesco, and only a couple of minutes more to the town centre. The bed was very comfy (even though it was a bit short, if I had to guess, I would say 140x180 cm, so probably a bit of a tight fit for two people). The kitchen is quite big, toaster, stove, kettle etc. were working fine, kitchen chairs were a bit uncomfortable, though. A washing machine and dryer were present, as I didn't use them I don't know if they work. All in all I had a nice stay.

There were quite a lot of spiderwebs to be found in the flat, e.g, on the upper edge of the bathroom window, underneath a kitchen shelf, behind a trunk in the living room. I also had a spider crawling on my towel in the bathroom when I grabbed it to dry myself! So careful with booking if you are afraid of spiders! You can also hear the people in the flat above talking quite clearly, so I would guess they can hear people in the garden flat talking/moving around as well.
