GBEverything, nice touch the host left is a tray of cakes and milk and water for arrival in the fridge. Also a jar of dog treats available for our dog.

GBThe hosts had thought of everything. A welcome hamper for us and biscuits for the dogs, air freshers in toilets, very well stocked kitchen. It all just made out stay so much easier. Loved the hot tub, especially after a new year's run.
Some of the furniture is ready to be replaced. It all works, but feeling ready to update. Didn't take anything away from the stay. Another kitchen towel would be good too.

GBA wonderful home that is beautifully looked after and in a lovely area. The host provided detailed information, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend it and will stay again if we're ever back in the area.
GBPlace was lovely nice and clean handy to the beach hot tub bonus as well and everything for dogs as well and secure back garden .
There was post to be tumble dryer but machine broke when we landed replaced bye Monday that was good but just washing machine if weather not so good how post to get clothes dry .
GBGBThe location was absolutely perfect. You are a couple of minutes walk from a stunning beach, the back of the house is directly onto basketball, tennis courts etc and a fantastic green space and park too!
The house was a little cold in the night in some rooms but this is a minor quibble! Also, I think it's important to mention it's a very residential area and we had four excited kids with us and arrived fairly late at night. The neighbour did pop round and say we had disturbed them due to the kids exploring the house. We are very conscientious people but the walls are very thin and the floors extra creaky. It's definitely something to bear in mind if you have a few children, young children etc! The parking suffered from this too as it was frowned upon (understandably) if you parked outside of the direct front of the property, difficult if you have more then one car for any reason.
IEBeautifully decorated and well stocked house. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to beach. Really friendly and helpful neighbours who made us feel welcome. Lovely and helpful landlady, who couldn't do enough for us.
