Hotel Horizon Entebbe

A very nice high quality hotel, with friendly attentive staff and very convenient to the airport.

Nice rooms, hotel is by the highway so beware of the car noise!

The customer service was really nice except there’s always that one employee who thinks they have made it, firstly when I arrived at the hotel on a safe BODA, he came near me, I tried to great him, but he ignored me. Instead he took my suitcase without saying a word, with the money this hotel ask per night they need to fix their employees behaviours. The next morning, I saw him and I tried to ask him about something, i said hello like 4x to get his attention, he looked at me and kept on walking. I immediately went I told the 2 receptionists. Overall, the experience was great with other employees, the breakfast was 100/100, the rooms are clean and comfortable bed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were very personal and nice. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I liked how everything was within walking distance. There was a market right across the street. Walter the bell guy went above and beyond his duties.

The value for the money is great and all the floors have a great view of Lake Victoria! Get one with a balcony if you can!

Good size quiet rooms, AC worked winderfully and meal options were all excellent. Great value for money.
