Excellent breakfast, great choices Very helpful staff. Vaijnath Dokare, the catering Mgr has trained his staff well & always making sure Customers were well serviced.

One evening there was extremely loud music coming from the Banqueting Hall & carried on till well after 1130pm. Not acceptable. Guests come first not a wedding party.

Misleading advertising about the Ayurvedic massage. At the time of booking I told the FoH I had enjoyed 4 previous Ayurvedic massages with the hot oil (Fort Kochi, Munner, Aleppey, Kovalam) and was thinking about no. 5. The massage I was given was not Ayurvedic! The oil was not warmed, the massage technique more traditional and most importantly the oil was not Ayurvedic oil. Disappointed and FoH was unwilling to accept the feedback. Don’t offer Ayurvedic massage if you can’t supply.
