"Superb"

Great place to spend a night while hiking in WV! Also walkable to El Jaripeo for some great, giant margaritas! And in the morning, walkable to Family Traditions for a diner breakfast.

Customer service was excellent. Grab and Go items (complimentary) was wonderful, especially after a 5-hour drive. Beautiful scenery. Nice small town. Room was very clean. WiFi service was strong.

"WV trip"

Very nice and clean rooms. Stayed here for an extended trip. Everything in the room seemed almost brand new. Only reason not a 5 star. Not much of continental breakfast and the advertised tap house is closed. It is within walking distance of a coffee shop and a greasy spoon type restaurant for breakfast.

The staff absolutely rocked. Not only did they accommodate a mix up with the booking dates, they also reached out after my stay to let me know I had left a firestick remote there. I will always stay here the night before a Dolly Sods trip.
