Great location, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

I had to wash the cups in the cupboard which had coffee marks, as not washed properly. The bin area had a grease line which I just left, so that the cleaning lady would notice it.

Excellent location, minutes away from bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. There was plenty of free parking on the road. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Only thing we would suggest is a hook for towels in the bathroom, maybe on the back of the door or wall next to the shower. Not a problem for us but would make taking a shower a bit easier.

There wasn’t a breakfast apartment was self catering.

The check in time on the Sunday was no good we arrived at one o’clock with the checkin was four o’clock which meant we waited 3 hours to get in when it was a key code????? Also you took £20 for damage insurance when we left the apartment was left as we found it really you should refund my card not a very good practice by yourselves a money making scheme very poor indeed.

No left luggage facilities in saltburn. Host and stay didn't reply to my enquiry.

Location Bed! Shower Nice & warm

Smelt damp Blinds were dirty/stained and could have been cleaner. Settee could do with a recovering. Looks dated and worn, but comfy! More toilet rolls for the price we paid would have been appreciated. Lack of hooks on back of bathroom door.
