Decor and fantastic views and extremely helpful next door neighbour.Most importantly warm and separate lounge areas,so teenagers and adults could relax with own tv viewing choices.

We suspected that someone had been in the house, we returned one night and found the door was not fully shut. We were certain we had closed it and nothing was missing but slightly worrying nonetheless.

Location was good as close to the sea front, however, we came to Scarborough with a group of service users and could not get parked close enough to the property to unload our luggage as we were in a minibus, therefore, our elderly service users had a lot of steps to contend with and carrying cases up and down the steps was not easy at all.

Everything in the property was lovely apart from the baths being on the top floor with sloping low ceilings. Two of our service users got stuck trying to get out of the bath and showers are not ideal for carrying out their personal care.

Location perfect. Short walk to the beach and attractions. Great sea views from the property. Outside table in secure yard for breakfast in the sun. We were a family of 11 and everyone was accommodated in comfortable bedrooms with a large dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Suited our part of 9 down to a tee. Only 1 en-suite but not a problem due to layout. Lovely views across the bay and decent outdoor space too.

Only 1 key for access, kept in key box. A couple of members of our (elderly?) party struggled with this, resulting in either having to phone up others inside (difficult due to signal issues), or loudly knocking. Also meant that they were unable to return on their own. Actual lock on door was problematic at times too. Parking was known about, but was soon sorted out by the lovely neighbour. We didn’t move the 2 cars that we got parked up until we left, whilst the 3rd parked elsewhere.
