Host & Stay - Sunflower Cottage

High standard Could have been a bit cleaner especially the kitchen but overall excellent

No sea or any other view No instructions booklet to use coffee machine

Smell from kitchen. Located to dishwasher which wasn’t working. Phoned Host & Stay 8 times who promised it would be sorted either that afternoon or n morning. Still not fixed when we left.

Lovely and spacious, bright and modern accommodation

Dishwasher not working which we were informed about. But no washing up liquid left only Dishwasher tablets. Had to buy toilet tissue as no spares in property.

The dishwasher wasn’t working and nobody came to sort it out. we were a group of 5 so lots of washing up! the loo seat in the upstairs bathroom was insecure and moved every time you sat on it! the road was hard to find it needed a sign at the end. lack of mirrors upstairs and the mirror in the downstairs bedroom was too low if you were standing and too high if you were sitting. the downstairs shower ran too hot then cold and was impossible to keep stable.

Light, spacious and modern. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
