Jeżeli chodzi o plusy to tylko czystość i to że lokal jest rzeczywiście ładny.

Jeżeli chodzi o minusy niestety muszę być szczera Główny minus to okropne zimno w mieszkaniu był akurat ogromny wiatr i niestety w mieszkaniu wiało strasznie siedziałam w czapce i spałam w bluzie Zero ogrzewania. Okna lub sufit nie szczelne wogóle więc jeżeli ktoś trafi na wiatr to będzie wiało. Kolejny minus to brak informacji że jest to 3 piętro na poddaszu. Byłam z osobą starszą i był ogromny kłopot wchodzenia. Kolejny minus to tory prawie przy samym oknie. Szum pociągów dość spory. Kolejne minus (może zależy dla kogo) to w łazience bardzo słabe światło jedna lampka nie działała wogóle. Kolejny minus to na antresoli nie działa gniazdko przy łóżku .
