At approximately 9:00 AM, repair work on the water pump began at the hotel. The noise was extremely loud and made it impossible for me to continue sleeping or resting. Unfortunately, the noise triggered a severe migraine attack accompanied by nausea. The disturbance left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and prevented me from enjoying my time in Budapest as planned. What should have been an enjoyable day of my holiday was effectively ruined by the situation, and I lost an entire day of my trip as a result. While I understand that repairs may have been necessary, I do not understand why such noisy work had to begin as early as 9:00 AM in a hotel occupied by guests. It would have been far more reasonable to start the work later in the day, allowing guests a fair opportunity to rest and enjoy their stay. Beginning major maintenance work at that hour showed very little consideration for the comfort of hotel guests. In addition to the disturbance itself, I was very disappointed by the way my concern was handled at reception. When I explained that the noise had triggered a severe migraine and had significantly affected my stay, the female receptionist responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Rather than showing understanding or attempting to find a solution, she repeatedly stated that the hotel could not stop the work and suggested that I simply send an email if I wished to complain. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there was very little empathy for the situation. In addition, there was no any kind of service, the room was not perfectly clean and daily clean service was only making the bed. More importantly, the windows are not sound proof and it seemed like you slept in the street's pavement.

Tesis herşeyiyle harikaydı. Konumu çok iyi metro ve otobüs durağı önünde. Otelin altında türk restoranı var. Market de hemen yanında. Olanakları çok iyiydi. Ulaşım konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadım. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Giriş ve çıkışta bavulu bırakma imkanı sunuyor. Şehiri gezerken çok büyük bir artı sağlıyor. Alışveriş caddesi de otelin hemen karşı sokağından başlıyor. Fiyat ve performans açısından çok verimli bir tesis.
