"Disappointed!!!"

The resort itself was amazing. But the staffs are mostly unfriendliness and their hospitality was not even up to standard. They seldom have smile or greet customers. And their communication is so bad that they made many mistakes throughout our trip. We even got checkin with our suites at 5:30pm thatโ€™s absurd.

"Would recommend "

Location is fantastic place is clean and rooms are super nice. Things could Get better over all. Transportation around the resort could be better and the staff could be a bit nicer. I would give this place 7.5 out of 10 but the ONLY reason Iโ€™ll give it a 10/10 is because of the chef Jose over at the cookhouse restaurant. Jose brought some amazing flavor to the meals and would come out and say hello every day we were there. Would sincerely ask for feedback. Went above and beyond on his meals. Honestly the only reason I would comeback is if he was there. We went to eat when he wasnโ€™t around one night and it was a bit of a mess with the staff. Overall I do recommend the resort.
