Room was good, staff were cooperative

The breakfast was very low class

I recently stayed at Indigo Hotel Gullberg Lahore and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Gulberg, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was helpful and multilingual, which was a plus, food is amazing breakfast was soo good , swimming pool with fresh water , i love to stay in this hotel. However, I had some issue the room is not soundproof outside noise disturbance and soup was not good overall the Experience of hotel is so great.

I stayed at Indigo Heights Hotel & Suites and the room itself was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Everything in the room was in good condition and I was satisfied with the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere. However, the staff behaviour was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, which turned an otherwise decent stay into a terrible experience.

Before booking, I clearly informed them on call that I came from abroad to meet my friends, and the staff assured me there would be no issue with visitors. They were very polite and cooperative on the phone. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they suddenly changed their stance and refused to allow my friends to stay in my room even for 10–15 minutes. They then told us visitors could sit with me in the lobby, so we agreed without any argument. My friends came with me to the lobby at around 10:05 PM, and after exactly 10 minutes, a night manager came to us and rudely said that my friends were not allowed to stay in the lobby either and had to leave the hotel premises immediately. The way he handled the situation was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I was honestly shocked and embarrassed by this behaviour.
