Snug - Tearlag Apartment

Access to the flat is a bit grim. The condition of the staircase falls well below pleasant. It felt as though the ceiling at the top level could come down on our heads at anytime. The flat inside was very nice but none of the interior doors closed properly which resulted in lots of creaking and banging. Also unacceptable was the lack of any information regarding appliances, heating, waste disposal or local amenities. Talking to the people renting the flat next door they had some of the same issues.

Easy to find and park directly outside. Close to centre but quiet at night.

Central heating at first didn't. This was fixed quickly but we then we're really hot at night. Didn't seem to have a timer. Frying pan needs replacing.

No instructions provided e.g. for heating but host responded quickly to questions

Did not know if there was any Breakfast delivery? but liked the whole apartment, very spacious, bright and clean. Everything we needed in kitchen. T.V. had Netflix which was very handy.

The only thing we were not entirely happy with was that the mattress was too soft, otherwise no other problems.

Very clean modern apartment, nice bedding and towels, good communication with the owner.

No hot water except for the shower, no control of the heating, although it was a comfortable temperature.

The place is spacious and well-equipped. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making sure that the apartment has anything you might need. The furnishings were very tasteful. The bed was comfy. Central heating was superb. Excellent value for money, will definitely stay again.

Only minor complaints. The pillows are average. The door/alleyway shared with the neighbors amplifies noise, people going in and out can be heard quite loudly in the apartment.
