Cordialidade dos funcionários e limpeza

Área da Piscina externa estava em reforma, inviabilizando o uso. Funcionários do restaurante um tanto desatentos no abastecimento dos rechaus, deixando acabar. Cardápio do restaurante se assemelhava a um restaurante comum por quilo, esperava mais.

Atendimento cordial e com muitos funcionários a disposição. Quartos bem arrumados, cheirosos e confortáveis. Comida muito saborosa e com boas opções. Lugar calmo e muito bom para relaxar. Piscina coberta e aquecida com spa foi maravilhosa para final de tarde. Ficar ouvindo o barulho da cachoeira e a vista foi muito bom!!!

Entrei em contato diretamente no hotel para fazer uma reserva de uma diária e eles me informaram que trabalhavam com no mínimo duas. Mas pelo Booking consegui reservar apesar uma diária e deu tudo certo. Inclusive dão a opção de parcelamento.
