I've stayed here twice now. It' ok everything works. It's reasonably quiet and a great location. The staff can be a bit minimalistic with their service. TV is pretty much unwatchable and limited channel selection. I've heard the breakfast is not worth having (extra charge) but just 50 meters away is an expat go to called Captains bar.

A pleasant hotel, with pleasant, professional staff. The price excellent, and the rooms very clean. A minimal "buffet" breakfast but for B100, it was very good. The location is ideal, quiet,but close to all that I'd "needed". No complaints. Only praise.

I previously stayed here pre-covid when it was named the H. Boutique and was never let down. I therefore decided to come again in March 2024. However, this place seems to have gone downhill. 1. One of the receptionists is very rude. I asked her to get someone to look at my air-conditioning and her response was very shirty and abrupt. She seemed annoyed that I disturbed her while she was sat at reception texting. 2. It is obvious no maintenance was done for over 2 years during the lockdowns and travel bans and none has been done since. For example, wallpaper in the corridor is peeling off. 3. The air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly as my room felt too hot even when the air-conditioning was on maximum fan speed and lowest temperature. I asked the staff to look at this but nothing ever got done about it. On the plus side, this place is cheap and centrally located. However, I will be hesitant to return here in future, unless the management and staffing change.

Honey Boutique- Jan 2024: We're a couple who stayed 6 nights. We'd give it a 6.5 out of 10 overall. Location great! Staff friendly and helpful. Room quite ok. It was on the side and not noisy But bathroom has a lot of mould and i wouldn't bother booking with breakfast. It was terrible. Also be aware, breakfast (if you do want it), is in another building and although hotel is advertised with a pool, that is in a third building!

The Hotel advertised breakfast was included. It also says it has a pool. It does not! If you select a room with breakfast included they try to send you up the road to another Hotel to have breakfast. This upset me. I decided to instead have a swim but then was told the pool is also over the road in a different property. I have never seen anything so outrageous. The poor girl at reception says she has to deal with this all the time. Once the owner had arrived I saw him and he said that’s how it’s done and if I wanted to cancel my second night he couldn’t help me as I booked through Booking.com I was made go and pay for my breakfast as I didn’t know where the other place was as they don’t seem to understand we as tourists don’t know where places are. I am so angry at how they operate and do not care one bit about the guests. Please do not stay here as it will be a horrible experience.

Enjoyed stay from the photos expected to have swimming pool at the location ...need to use pool from another of their hotels
