Vilamoura Central 4 With Pool by Homing

The living room is a nice space. The balcony is also very nice.

It was not easy to check in, I had to walk 10 minutes looking around as the office was in a narrow alleyway. I was also given the keys and no building or room tour, so I had to figure my way in. The door for the apartment is also dodgy as I had to pull hard to open it. Checking out - Dropping the keys was not easy. I was told to drop the keys in a locker and was given a code. The code did not work and the locker would not open therefore, I had no choice but to leave it under the gate. Later when I reached home one of the agents texted me saying the key disappeared and they were going to charge me for this. I find this unacceptable as the locker was not working and I had no choice.

Great location, short walk to the marina

Apartment was grubby & dirty. In need of a facelift. No air-com in the bedroom. Only 4 towels left for a family of 4 for our 9 night stay and we had no washing machine. The pool was dirty. No mid-week clean or replacement towels.
