Quick check in. Staff friendly.

The venue was lovely. The rooms had a drain smell. Items not in toom on arrival dressing gown slippers chocolate. Water milk tea not replaced no staff available. Breakfast appauling must have been cooked and left . There was not enough domestic or kitchen staff which left dirty rooms and poor food.

Almost perfect. Amazing dinner menu and quality. Only improvement, please cut the permanent shrieking “music” in the dining room

Hotel molto originale, in campagna e quindi molto quieto e silenzioso, con una struttura veramente curata, camere rinnovare e molto carine, pulizia impeccabile, personale giovane, molto competente e accogliente. Colazione completa e buon ristorante, con buon servizio e buoni piatti. Consigliatissimo.

On the whole very good! Only issue we had was a little noisy but to be expected as a wedding venue.

Loved this place and cant wait to go back. My room was beautiful and the service was 10/10. Staff were super friendly and always had time for you which is such a nice touch when youre out on the road alone. Highly recommend.

Really nice stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Breakfast and evening meal both excellent. Liked the rustic decor which gave a lovely feel to the place and the staff were a credit to Runa farm - so friendly and helpful

The location is lovely, but Runa Farm simply doesn't stack up when compared to other accommodation in the same price bracket. Personally, I won't stay here again for several other factors than just price; all of them inexperienced staff issues.
