Overall the hotel was decent. The front door to the hotel was broken when we arrived and still broken when we left. I even told them what was wrong with the door. The hardwood floor in the room was in need of cleaning. Every time I walked on the floor in my bare feet my feet would be dirty. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor in the room several times while staying here. The mattress was a little old and was in need of replacement. We had to ask for toilet paper 2 times because it wasn’t filled when they made up the room. There no hand towels. But I always remember this when I’m in the Philippines… It’s the Philippines. Simple as that. The staff was very kind and friendly. The A/C worked great. The shower was very nice. Breakfast was always good.

Because we used Expedia points or queen size bed the room remained super hot with air conditioner facing bath room. Room so small. You would think that 2 people shoulder be put in a larger room. Napkins cut in half or quarter to save money mold all over shower walls. I don’t think the tile grout had any cleaner used. Poor excuse for a night sleep. I would give it a 2.5 or 3 for staff very pleasant
