Ottima posizione. Appartamento accogliente e spazioso. Provvisto di aria condizionata e lavatrice. Self check in e check out tramite cassettina per le chiavi presente all'ingresso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Parcheggio auto a pagamento a 5 minuti a piedi (parcheggio al supermarket Pingo Doce).

Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore con gradini molto alti e stretti. Pulizia nella media portoghese.

The location was excellent, 15 minutes walk to town centre. Overall, great value for the area and the apartment itself.

There’s more work to be done on cleanliness/organisation. The apartment was clean when we arrived, but as the days passed we noticed more things: firstly, all the dishes and cups were dusty, we had to wash them again - no towel to wipe them dry. Secondly, the washing machine was not checked, we found a pair of underwear from a previous guest. Additionally, there was only one fork, we had to take turns to eat or just use a spoon. On the 3rd night there, a shower from the upstairs apartment started leaking into our bathroom through a light. I called the host about it and she was very friendly and helpful, she said she would leave a set of extra towels since we put ours on the bathroom floor to absorb the water, but that never happened, we just ended up washing them. Also, I get what people say about the smell from the toilet, but if you close the lid it’s actually not that noticeable.

The only advantage of this apartment was the location.

Unresponsive staff, they didn’t answer to any of my messages regarding check in instructions, until I called them myself and found out they were missing some information. If I wouldn’t call I would never know and never receive any instructions for check in although payment was made several days before. Although the apartment was for 4 people they didn’t even have enough cups for drinking water, not talking about forks, spoons, plates, etc. you can’t take shower one after another, you have to wait until water gets warm, sometimes it will get cold while you’re having shower.No closet to hang on the clothes.

I booked an apartment for 4 people and it was unclear if I had booked one or two apartments because there were two different informations given on booking.com. Then I get there and it was just one apartment and just the bed made. Apparently we were supposed to sleep with two people on the couch and two on the bed (which was not communicated in the booking process) and the couch was not made as a bed when we arrived. There were some bed sheets but not enough. The apartment is cute but I would really not book it with more than two people and be very carefully in the booking process when you think that you are booking two apartments!!
