The villa was so clean and beautiful.also the place was very quiet and private .I loved the place and I will come back again with my family and I will always recommend the place to all my friends and my family also the staff were amazing and very friendly

I stayed in the most beautiful hotel in terms of elegant appearance. The rooms are unique, enjoy breathtaking views and also like the location and atmosphere. Once you mention the name of the place, you can reach it on foot. The service was great, and the room was 5 stars. What prompted me to this hotel was the comprehensive facilities it provided. In addition, my stay in (katara hills) was the best ever. With excellent concierge services, spacious rooms, pool area spa facilities, etc., the hotel has given me complete peace. And I will return again , but you need to fix the doorbell

Accommodations were super lush, amenities were fantastic, service was excellent. Leila Errajy especially made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I enjoyed the Arabic coffee each time I returned to the villa, the fresh fruit plates, toiletries provided. The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious.

I had an excellent stay , from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. I would especially like to thank Laila at the front desk for her quick response and outstanding service. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

The hotel is absolutely excellent! The services are outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. This wasn’t my first stay—I’ve visited multiple times before, and each time, the hotel continues to prove its high quality and exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Laila, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude truly made a difference. A truly remarkable experience worth repeating!

The first day of our stay was perfect and even better than we had hoped. We did, however, have a few problems the next morning that were hard to ignore. The air conditioning stopped working, and it couldn't be fixed until 1 pm, which was only an hour before we were supposed to leave. There was also a water leak in the roof of the bathroom downstairs, which was inconvenient. Also, while the breakfast arrangements were really nice, the food quality or taste wasn't what could be usually expected from a LXR property. Even so, we really valued how hard the staff worked to make our stay memorable, despite these problems. Thank you very much to Mariam from Gym Khana restaurant and Hasib, who is in charge of housekeeping, for their great service and kindness. We are also very thankful to Ms. Nour Kheriji for patiently handling our upgrade requests. I think we had a good time overall, and we hope to go back soon.
