We loved everything about the property

I think once the weather gets hotter, the tents would be a bit much without air conditioning. So I would keep this in mind when booking your stay . It was comfortable for us at the time we went which was the last weekend in February. The spa prices are very high even compared to 5 star around the world standards. The spa facilities were lovely and a massage would be peaceful there no doubt, but because of the cost, it’s something that I think most would consider unjustifiable. If they were even 750-1000 pesos less I think they would be fully booked . Also at the current rate even if you booked a service because the price is so high it doesn’t leave much room to offer a tip for service . One thing that needs tuning was we didn’t receive our coffee service on Sunday which was inconsistent with the rest of the week . Which stands out when you consider where the level of this resort is .

El lugar, la naturaleza, las habitaciones, la atención del personal

Calidad precio de los alimentos. Que tengas q pagar más por visitar sus otros cenotes Que no haya agua fría disponible en la habitación ni se pueda conseguir en cualquier momento, es época de fuerte calor. Es necesario un frigobar para esa zona.
