Pokój przestrony, milo urządzony i dobrze wyposażony ( szafa, wieszak, lamki, tv, stolik, suszarka, lodowka). Do korzystania aneks kuchenny w przestrzeni wspólnej( z czajnikiem kubkami..) Wspaniałą lokalizacja, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i jest się na deptaku a dalej moze. Ob9k sklepy, apteki, dalej biedronka czy lidl. Dodatkowy pluscto cisza pomimo że budynek usługowo mieszialbt, 9bok ulicą i blokowisko w pokoju nie było tego słychać.

Czystość w pokoju pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Było posprzątane ale armatura w łazience tak zakamieniona i zardzewiała ze brzydziłam się dotykać kranu. A jednocześnie nowe i czysciutkie fugi muedzy płytkami. Brak rolet czy żaluzji. Pokój ma 3 okna a zasłonki bardziej pełniły funkcje dekoracyjne niz zaciemniające.
