Está limpio, el personal muy amable

Se nota que usan cortinas, sabanas, cojines, etc. Que son de segunda mano, tienen manchas y roturas. Los cuartos son muy chiquitos. Malisimo

Het zwembad was echt top! Op wandelafstand van de lagoon en restaurants. Gemakkelijk om in de straat te parkeren. April was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De massages via Livin zijn ook een aanrader.

De kamers mogen qua gezelligheid best een upgrade krijgen, maar voor de rest was dit een prima kamer.

"Lovely & beautiful stay with amazing staff in Bacalar"

It’s a lovely property close to the centre of Bacalar and also close to the busstation. Theplace looks good, there is breakfast and a really nice swimming pool with outdoor shower. I arrived early, but because the room was already clean I was able to get my room earlier. I also was able to stay and use the swimming pool and outdoor shower after I had checked out, because the ADO night bus to Palenque was leaving at 22:45h. I’m very grateful for this kind of service! They have a lovely staff: Abril, Aislin & Dario. They are very extremely helpful and kind!!! I definitely would come back to this place!

La habitación muy práctica y limpia, las almohada duras. La alberca pequeña pero limpia y agradable su área. El desayuno estaba decente; solo que le faltaron al chef varios ingredientes que ofrece la carta. Abril muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar con dudas y recomendaciones. Excelente servicio en el club de playa que viene incluido con el hotel
