Pool frozen we paid $2k extra for a pool and couldn’t use it cuz they don’t have a heater. Room heater didn’t work. Bath broken it always drained therefore it is not a bath but a place where you pour water on yourself that’s not a shower Mosquitos and fruit flies every time we ate inside. We had to pay for Apple TV $500 but we are getting a refund after 2-3 weeks or something. Was like a security hold or some crap The doors don’t close all the windows stay open and bugs get in.

Vishnu and don excellent service and help from house keeping department. They come on time and also available when needed.

Beautiful hotel, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely breakfast and Eiman made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The service was really great. The housekeeper are so fast when I call for anyone they come with a smile especially these three people they made my day for real and they work really hard. They need award. Faziirah housekeeping and joseph engineering and the cutest Francisca i really love the stay from them❤️❤️❤️❤️

Made from Indonesia was fantastic ! I was familiar with her service and professional etiquette from of June 6th.
