"Nice hotel and convenient for MD Anderson patients."

Breakfast was good, and the hotel location was convenient for MD Anderson. The room was large and nice. All personnel were kind and helpful.

The shuttle was crowded on the trip to the hospital. We tried to use it on the way back, but when I called the driver, she said there would be a significant wait because she was already full and had even more people waiting ahead of me. We had to pay for an Uber. Maybe invest in a larger shuttle or more of them. The hospital is a major source of your revenue, so make us cancer patients happy. The carpet in the hallway near our room was very stained.

"Hotel Stay"

I recently stayed at Hyatt Houston Medical Center with my husband. The nature of our visit is for medical care at MD Anderson. The hotel is clean and modern with friendly staff. The two bus shuttle drivers were the best! The hotel only has one shuttle and was busy during our stay. Allow yourself enough time if you plan on using the shuttle to get to medical appointments.
