"Was NOT worth the $525 for two days there. BEWARE."

Horrible parking setup for medical patients where you are forced to lug your luggage without any help or nearby carts from way far away to front desk. Was charged extra for breakfast that was mediocre at best. Lights in room did not work. Only one USB port. Horrible room layout. Should not have qualified as a suite. Small bathroom.

"Houston Rodeo"

The rooms were clean, the pool was lovely, we greatly appreciated the shuttle to the rodeo, and enjoyed food and drinks at the on site restaurant.

"Clean and comfortable."

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good HVAC. Breakfast food and staff was excellent. Lunch and dinner restaurant was understaffed. Food was fair. Shuttle service was outstanding going anywhere within a 2 mile radius of hotel to include MD Anderson and Rice Village. Parking garage is a nightmare. Not for large vehicles. EV charging was a plus.

It was night me and my friend stayed for the rodeo and they had a shuttle for us which came every like 20 minutes it was nice. The check in was good they were really helpful, but I called the day prior to tell them I'd be coming early if I could check in earlier and they just said I would have to show up and see. I didn't really like not knowing but luckily they did have a room available. I knew it was going to be a $75 charge to check in early which I was fine with. Overall it was good but the parking situation is a mess. They should have someone at least at the entrance of the parking garage because of a van we were stuck for about 30 minutes because they couldn't read a clearance sign and hit the top, till I could finally get around them.
