Great customer service. Rooms are clean, washroom is spacious, room lighting and temperature is perfect. The only bad part is expedia rates and room specs for this hotel is not correct. I booked a room for 3 person through expedia but hotel management said the room has only two small single beds and cannot accommodate 3. Then they moved me to a bigger room and provided a 3rd bed for additional cost of 100QAR. Expedia needs to fix this error.

Very convenient location close to transport, the Souq, the Corniche, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Loved my stay! Staff were brilliant and so welcoming and hospitable. Location is perfect, central and close to local shops, restaurants and souq waqif. Rooms were spacious and clean with everything you need for a short stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved our stay, staff were friendly and always there to help. The only downside is we wish we could’ve stayed longer! But we only booked 5 nights. Our honourable mention to Malik and the housekeepers on our floor, they were really helpful, and made our stay pleasant.

Nice clean hotel conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Souf Watif and metro station. Breakfast was good, only downside that prevents a 5 star rating is that there was water leaking outside shower room. Also the downstairs lobby is very small & tight. But a good hotel nonetheless

Absolutely amazing in every way. Not only are the staff super kind and accommodating, they are also willing to work with you in any way to make your stay more comfortable. Loved the time we spent here. I would more than recommend this hotel. Food wasn’t our favorite but that’s just a taste preference as we are not used to so much spice for breakfast. Overall, amazing. A million out of ten.

During my recent stay at your hotel, the alarm went off repeatedly throughout the night, approximately 50 times, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with a small child. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff in the morning, I was informed that the disturbances were due to an alarm check-up. Unfortunately, when I raised this matter with Expedia, I found their response to be unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and the lack of consideration shown by both the hotel and Expedia in addressing this significant inconvenience.
