Compact, clean and perfect for a short stay. Located approx. 1.2km from train/bus station. Easy walk. Located in a good area with lots of restaurants and food facilities. Staff were very responsive and digital check in was easy, and quite standard.

Nothing, as everything was good for our stay. However if you are a light sleeper, do take ear plugs as there is some traffic noise.

部屋の臭いがきになりました

無人であるため、費用を抑えているように見えた。部屋のパスワードを入力しても開かないトラブルがあったが、電話したらすぐに対応してもらった。歯ブラシやタオルなど必要なものは揃っており困ることはない。

ドアがしっかり開かないなど、改築による問題点はあった。朝は隣の部屋のアラームが少し聞こえたので、壁は薄い。博多駅から距離が少しあり、メイン道路ではないため、荷物が多いと大変だと思われる。初めての利用だとチェックインで時間がかかるため、事前に個人情報など登録した方がよいです。

This is more of a "maybe" place as to a second stay, but after our initial surprise at how small and tight it is, we found it adequate for our needs (i.e., a good bed and a hot shower). Pictures give the impression of a bigger space, bed is wall to wall in a corner, window about opens, a nice find. No cooking facilities, but a hot pot and a small refrigerator, no bathroom sink, so used "kitchen" sink for toothbruhing (toilet has a built in sink on it, but only useful for hand washing). Location is ok, walked into main town area to go to undeground mall.

Check in was a major hassle, you need to get a QR code, and to take a photo of your passport (hard to do with reflections on the page), took us about 30min to get through the door.

チェックインが面倒なのと博多駅から2キロと少し遠い。

The room I got is 101 and I don't know if it's because it's on the ground floor, but it has a bit of a damp smell.
