נציגת השירות מהממת ועושה הכל לתת שירות הכי טוב. חדר מעוצב יפה, חדש ונקי מאוד. מרפסת בגודל מצויין. קרוב למדרחוב לוינסקי.

החדר הרגיש קטן מ25 מ' וצפוף, יושב על עבודות הרכבת הקלה ובמסלול ההנמכה של המטוסים עם רעש רעש חזק מאוד. היה רצוי לערכת הקפה/תה להוסיף כפיות.

המיטה היתה קשה ונוחה ישנו ממש טוב. יש מטבחון קטן קומקום ומקרר, החדר מעוצב בצורה נעימה, קרוב מאוד לנחלת בנימין. יש עבודות של הרכבת הקלה ממש ברחוב כך שהיה שקט בשבת מבחינת מכוניות

אזור לא הכי סימפטי וילונות לא אטומים לאור כך שהחדר מואר כבר בשש בבוקר רעש חזק של מטוסים לא ברור מהיכן הם מגיעים אין מעלית

All was fine

Easy self check-in; I like the Levinsky market area, although this may be not for everyone's taste

I stayed in a ‘suite’ room and would have expected more amenities, as well as greater thought invested in its furnishing. A few examples: Inside the wardrobe there are no shelves – whereas it is usual for one half to be reserved for long clothes and the other fitted with shelves. As a result, I had to place underwear and T-shirts in the boxes at the bottom. There are two very small tables on either side of the bed, with insufficient space for personal items, and no closed storage for things one might prefer not to be visible. There is no safe. There are no glasses for brushing one’s teeth. There is no mineral water provided for tea or coffee, although there are glasses, tea bags, and espresso cups. Before check-in, I inquired whether a somewhat late check-out might be possible free of charge, given that it was Saturday. I was told that they would look into this, but I never received a response.

The staff were very good and helpful. They look after the guests needs and fulfill them. Overall it was wonderful experience staying there
