Η διάθεση του προσωπικού, το σημείο του ξενοδοχείου, το δωμάτιο, η εξυπηρέτηση, το πλούσιο πρωινό. Ειναι μια παρα πολυ καλη επιλογή για καποιον που θελει να περπατήσει στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης και να δει τα παντα . Απο τα Λαδαδικα μεχρι τον πύργο του ΟΤΕ.

Δεν βρήκα κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε!!!

Nice location, nice decor , tasty breakfast

The air-conditioning was stopping and then starting again without me interfering. And periodically it made a high pitched sound. The "smart TV" wasn't connected to the internet. An employee came and couldn't fix it . So the TV didn't have internet access. The "king size" bed was 2 single beds united with a gap in between. We made an appointment for the spa and they informed us the following day that we must change the time of the appointment because they had made the mistake of double booking another appointment at the same time . So we had to change all of our scedule because of that mistake. In the shower: the water temperature was shifting from hot to cold. I was disappointed because my first impression of the hotel was good but everyday I faced a new problem..
