Muy buena experiencia, la habitación muy grande y ordenada. Me encantó, quizá a veces el elevador no sirva pero con todo lo demás se compensa, seguro volveré ahí

Estaba tan mal que no tiene descripción no funciona el elevador no hay servicio a cuarto no hay desayuno incluido no hay nada de lo que prometen es una aberración.

Se nos tuvo que mover de la habitación en la madrugada ya que el baño tenía una fuerte gotera y no se podía utilizar, primero nos dijeron que no había más habitaciones y que no nos podían cambiar, después de presionar para que nos movieron accedieron a cambiarnos a una habitación donde entraba mucha luz,por lo que fue muy incómodo, se pidió un porcentaje de reembolso y no dieron solución.
