Hotel Esencia Nativa

Overall not the best experience. Rooms are very basic, more like a hostel. Towels were stained. Pool didnt seem to be clean either. Considering price paid as well. They do have a good location in front of the water for surfers

grounds are well kept. Alex, Isabela and everybody there makes you feel welcome, food options were good. This is a great place to disconnect from tv and radio news. by 10pm its so quiet, all you get to hear is the ocean waves and once in a while a mango falling onto to the roof, place is steps away from the pacific ocean. if you love surfing this is the place to stay. If you want to relax, have peace and quiet and food and drinks, come to this place. beware this is a very basic lodge, no hot water, no tv, no clock and no phone. I'll give it a 7 out of 10.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, amazing air conditioning, yummy breakfast - it is the perfect mix of hostel / hotel. My only advice would be for the property to have a labelling system for food in the shared fridge - all of our beer was taken by other guests on the first night. Otherwise - love this place and would come again!!

More of a hostel than a hotel! Toilet was stained, the water pressure In the shower was low and water was cold. The staff was nice but I everything shuts down at 8! If you’re use to luxury this is not the place to stay! I left a day early because of comfort! Next time I will pay a little more and stay somewhere better!

Fantastic location, steps away from the beach. Friendly staff, surf lessons, yoga available on site. Everything was spotless, the property inviting and well decorated. Tasty breakfast every morning. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night - so peaceful!

Staff were super helpful and kind. Location is wonderful. Thought it was overpriced for in room tables and decorum options. Beds were super comfortable! Terrace with hammocks was a big plus and amazing views. Prime location and amazing staff! Will recommend! Thank you!
