Casitas Miramar Puerto Vallarta Malecón

Casitas was absolutely great. Very close to Malecon beach, amd a quick walk to everything we wanted to do. Only issue was the construction next door. It was loud, but we really spent so mich time away doing activities that it didnot bother us that much. The breakfast could use some more variety, and the coffee could be a bit stronger. However, overall we are very happy we chose this jem of spot. The room was perfect.

La primera impresión al llegar, la calle no se ve segura, pero al entrar a la casa es un lugar muy agradable, reducido de espacio pero bien distribuida, muy llena de plantas super linda la casa 😊, consideren espacio para cochera

Es un lugar cómodo y agradable para llegar, descansar y disfrutarlo, se nos atendió super bien, en la limpieza y desayuno 10/10 En cuanto a comunicación tomen en cuenta que solo te atienden de Lunes a Viernes y en cierto horario por lo que se nos complico un poco 6/10 El wifi nunca funciono y si se reporto pero se ignoro el mensaje 0/10 El acceso, la cercanía al centro y para moverte a pie y en transporte esta super 10/10 La chica de limpieza siempre fue amable con ella nos comunicamos mejor que con el contacto de WhatsApp 10/10

The property and amenities were great and even included a daily continental breakfast. Laundry service is available for a small fee so that was nice too. We didn’t find out till later that they have a large water dispenser to use if you’re going to get a large 5 Gallon water jug. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars were for controllable things. It was a bit loud due to construction next door, but that’s not under their control. However, the construction and renovation right above our unit was and it was pretty loud when trying to sleep in. Another item was the roof was leaking due to rain and the construction and the first time the owner/contact was very be try fast to respond and even offered to move us to another room. The leak wasn’t in the bedrooms so we declined and the fixed it promptly, that was great! However, the construction above us created a new leak in a bedroom a couple days later. As this was in a bedroom, I reached out and never got a response about it. Contacted them at 5:30pm and We had to let the staff know in the morning as there was still no response. (They didn’t even look at my message until the day before I left) Definitely would’ve have given 5 Stars because it’s a great property at a great price, but the noise and lack of communication brought it down a bit.

Lo mejor que he visto

My car was parked close to Casa Miramar. Construction workers managed to slop cement all over one side of my car! I still haven't been able to remove it all. Also, check-in: The reception was chilly because I arrived after 2 (but before 3.) There were no explanations about the 6 remotes that were in my room. I slept with no air & sparse lighting.

This property is great with easy access to both the boardwalk and access to some stores and restaurants that don’t feel touristy.

The property is located on a very convenient area, walkable to malecon but there is construction going on, and it’s very loud. It starts early in the morning so it’s hard to sleep after 7 am and if you are an afternoon nap person like me, you would have a very hard time. Secondly, we had the brekfast included option and all they serve you is bread and fruit and call it a continental brekfast. It’s a good property overall but our experience wasn’t that great.
