All staff very helpful.. nice view villa

I stayed here with 3 young children and it was great , and the price was also great we had the large 3 bedroom villa , breakfast was great and the staff were amazing and catered to us by making our breakfast earlier than usual as we were departing early from villa , thank you very much for having us , i would come back and stay here again

The people who worked at both properties tried their best to help. Unfortunately, when the sight itself is both in disrepair and still under construction, what more can they do?

When taken to the villa, the rooms were clean, and the air conditioner was on, but this still didn't mask the mould odour coming from both bedrooms. There was a leak in the roof of one of the rooms, which on the tiled floor would have caused major physical harm if you slipped. The mould was growing in both room ceilings with paint peeling everywhere, which was enough for us to ask for better accommodations or a refund so we could go somewhere more suitable. Having waited in the heat for half an hour, I prompted the site staff to contact their manager. They offered to move us to Canggu, showing photos of a modern villa with three bedrooms and a pool. Although we were being moved out of the area we originally needed to stay in, we agreed, and they moved us to the new location. Arriving at the new villa once again, the photos we were shown did not match what we found; it was still under construction, and the doors would not lock or close properly, which was not only a safety issue but also a concern for mosquitoes. The manager suggested we move next door, which we looked at; there were still paint buckets in the villa, and it was clearly not suitable to stay in. I do not recommend staying at these villas; do your due diligence when booking. They are not always as they appear in the posted photos. Ask for recent photos or videos before booking and read the reviews.

It’s hard to find fault like the bugs but I mean if you live anywhere with a garden a good repellent will keep you safe

The cutest little bungalows - close to a lot of shops, spas and easy to get to places. Staff are friendly and polite. Limited traffic noise. Complete zen. Loved it here and will stay again. Tisya Spa 100m away is the best!

C’est la deuxième année que je viens… c’est parce que j’adore cet endroit . Cette année l’une des deux chambres avait un problème … Mais tant le staff que le propriétaire ont été très réactif… Julie surtout a été adorable … ils nous ont remboursé l’une des cgramnes et se sont beaucoup excusé ! Bref cela arrive et la réactivité de leur service est formidable ! Je ne suis donc absolument pas déçu bien au contraire ! Que tout aille bien c’est une chose Mai’s savoir que l’équipe prend soin de vous quand vous avez un problème c’est vraiment parfait ! De plus mon amie était malade et ils nous ont amené des gogo et du thé au gum gel te ..: bref service parfait

Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, private pool, clean, quiet at night. Several great cafe/ restaurant and massage places within 2 min walk. Staff friendly.

WiFi didn't reach our room so had to come to reception. Very very wet and rain came right in under the verandah so everything in kitchenette area got wet.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le calme et le cadre. Le parking est très appréciable.

Rien à redire.
