"Pet fee is a shock at $120 for one night. Beds are comfy and clean Plan on going elsewher"

The staff at the front desk are friendly and the room was clean with comfy bed and sheets.

The biggest reason for negative review stars is that Marriott charged $120 for pet fee that I wasn’t expecting. No one charges that much. My bill for one night, arrival around 6:00 pm and check out the next day around 10:00 am was over $335.57. That’s ridiculous for a 16 hour stay, which isn’t even a full day! It doesn’t cost that much more to clean for a dog to stay. This experience has turned me off of Marriott even though I am already a Bonvoy member. Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes with blueberries and they were very soggy. Also, the egg frittatas seemed old and dry. This hotel needs a waffle machine.

Love the rooms and the areas in the lobby and auto doors. Makes it easy to get the animals. And out.

Don like the artificial pet grass area. Wish there was more real grass areas closer for late night potties
