It’s like being on pit row during a NASCAR. Terrible. Noisy.

Be warned!!! They only clean the rooms every 6 days! And then only give you 2 towels. This place is not ideal at all for business trips because your room will not get cleaned. Where is the standard service of a Marriott hotel? Will definitely not be staying at this place ever again.

Four stars based on the price point. Clean, great staff, hotel is visually appealing, some flaws in functionality and quality though. Blinds broke, no fan in bathroom, had to have TV fixed, breakfast was great one day not great another, furniture uncomfortable. Overall would stay again even with flaws.

Very friendly and helpful professional employees, hotel rooms were very cleaned decorated nicely. Air conditioning was perfectly adjusted in rooms without any discomfort to the guests but always cool. Parking place 15 USD per day and very convenient.

Breakfast options can be more for dietary restrictions.

My kids and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and very family friendly. The breakfast was great, only downside was the watered down juice. We had a blast in the pool which has lifts in both the pool and hot tub which are amazing if you have a disabled family member. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was very nice. Clean, modern and great amenities. The breakfast was not the usual continental spread, they offered hot, cook to order items, very good. My only complaint- my room was facing the street- traffic was very loud. Need better insulation

We had a really refreshing stay at the Element due to the amazing staff. The hospitality of the employees and service was above expectations. In particular, Marta , the GM went above and beyond to ensure she took good care of everyone (including calling me on my cell phone the day before to make sure we had our reservation secure), as well as Koco the Bartender opening early and making amazing drinks! wonderful breakfast included too! I would have given it a 5 star review, except the rooms along the S. Virginia Street are very NOISY. The hotel was sold out and we arrived at 1am, so we were thankful to have a room but it was literally like a drag-strip outside. on a positive note, the room included a cool knob on the nightstand that created a white noise. This combined with ear plugs made sleep possible.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.
