Nagyon kényelmes, tiszta

Room is spacious, location is very good, big windows, natural light.

Wifi was very bad, more often offline than online. Staff seemed not pleasantly surprised when we came to have breakfast at 9:50. Maybe it happened because we didn’t pay in advance but it was said to us that we can pay just before. According to my other experiences if the breakfast is until 10AM it doesn’t mean that you have to finish at 10AM sharp.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It is clean, and the rooms are serviced daily. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast is standard but satisfying—you definitely won't leave hungry. While the selection isn't massive, everything is constantly replenished and well-maintained by Michael. A special shoutout to him for keeping everything fresh and personally making delicious, made-to-order omelets! As for the location, it’s in a quiet area but still close to many bars and cafes. The main sightseeing spots are a bit further away, but public transport is easily accessible. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the shower, which we found a bit uncomfortable/inconvenient. However, the overall experience was still very positive.

Nice, well-designed hotel in the city centre, close to Blaha Lujza square, where there are many public transport options. We have just spent one night here. The staff was very friendly. It is good to know that not everyone speaks Hungarian in the reception, but it was not an issue for us. The room was clean and we could have a light breakfast in the morning. All in all, good price for value.

The shower curtain was a bit too short, which made it difficult to shower without splashing water around the bathroom. I’m only mentioning this as constructive feedback, though, it wasn’t a major issue.
