Близость аэропорта. Цена. Отлично организованный трансфер. Очень дружелюбный водитель.

Заселили в номер с поломанным душем. Переселили в течение 10 мин. На завтрак слегка теплый кофе. Но сразу же заменили на горячий. Нет чайных ложек. Трансфер туда и обратно стоит вдвое больше ночевки.

Отель был выбран для ночевки между рейсами, отличное соотношение цена-качество, слышно и видно самолеты, так как близко к аэропорту, но ночью они не летали. Персонал был очень доброжелательным и терпеливо отвечали на все вопросы, молодой человек на ресепшене организовал завтрак с собой, так как я уезжала раньше, чем начинался завтрак в отеле и Ilahe утром помогла с вызовом такси, стандартная стоимость до аэропорта 800 лир.

Not so much! The staff tried to help and were friendly, but there was nothing exceptional about the service. To be fair, there is only so much the staff can do when the hotel itself falls far below expectations. A hotel advertised as 5-star should offer a completely different standard. In my opinion, this property does not even meet the standards of a 2-star hotel.

The hotel was not clean, the bathroom and sink were dirty, the room was very noisy, and the Wi-Fi was unstable. Overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel at all and was not worth the price.
